Hi, I am Kevin O’Neil, founder of O’Neil Benefits, LLC.  I am and licensed Health Insurance Consultant and Broker with over 30 years’ experience.  Although I have worked with some of the largest fortune 100 companies, advising and installing plans of benefits throughout my career, as the owner of O’Neil Benefits, I take great joy in providing advice and guidance to small to midsize employers in Washington State and Arizona.

My Experience

I earned my marketing degree from Washington State University in 1989. For more than 30 years, I have provided employers with innovative insurance plans to accommodate their employee benefit needs. I have experience working in sales to executive management with companies like Aetna, Cigna, Caremark, and Abbott Labs. I have also advised and developed health insurance plans for large, self-insured, national companies like Microsoft, Nike, McData Corp, and Intel.

Customer Service

I believe that customer satisfaction is vital for any business to succeed.  O’Neil Benefits mantra is Honesty, Openness, Trust and Sharing, or HOTS.  This is a concept I learned early in my college days in interpersonal communications and has stuck with me through out my life.   I find this principal to be invaluable and has served me well throughout my life and my career.  I often tell friends and others that if you always offer the HOTS in all you do, you will find all your relationships, weather it is your kids, your friends or your wife or clients, will be much more rich and productive.

I find that excellent customer service is often times established though the introduction of excellent communication of benefits and other technical terms, broken down and communicated on a level that the average employee, not well versed in technical benefits terms can understand.
