As designated by executive management, my service team can assist you with any claim questions from the beginning to the end. For example, if an employer chooses an employee as a high-value employee and needs assistance with any claim issues. The employee can sign a waiver. We will bird dog the claim and act as an intermediary between the health insurance company and the employee.

Customer Service

My team is available 24/7 to respond to our employer groups. We conduct regular in-person meetings to understand employers and their staff experience. Whenever possible, we prepare an overview and discussion of experience reports. As part of our services, we offer marketing and evaluation of all renewals as well as the marketing of competitive bids.
